The Process

We’ll meet one-on-one by video or phone for 60 minute sessions once every two to three weeks. This provides a steady rhythm while allowing enough time to pass between sessions to make each meeting fruitful. We start by fleshing out your focus areas and what you’d like your world to look like at the end of our work together. The agenda of the sessions goes something like:

You share what’s helpful for you to discuss. We get curious about the issue and dig deeper. Sometimes we empathize with emotions and experiences. Sometimes we push to consider alternate points of view. We check assumptions, brainstorm possibilities, and wrap the session agreeing on what comes next.
